Chaplaincy

CCCM aims to bring together local churches to support chaplaincy services in aged care facilities, hospitals, and other community settings. Through collaboration, we endeavour to provide compassionate, faith-based care to those in need, offering spiritual encouragement and pastoral support to residents, patients, and their families. Our network of churches works together to ensure chaplains are equipped to serve with empathy and grace in these vital roles.
